Your email or phone number may already be linked to an existing person profile.
Your business registration number may already be linked to an existing business profile.
Since each person profile and business profile can only have one unique set of credentials, you won’t be able to reuse these details. Here are some common situations along with suggested steps to address them:
I registered before but didn’t finish. What should I do?
Depending on your situation, here’s what we recommend:
Continue registration for the same business using the same email and phone number – Log in with your existing email or phone number to complete your account registration.
Continue registration for the same business using a different email or phone number – Contact our Support team so we can remove your old record and let you restart.
Register a different business using the same email and phone number you used before – Contact our Support team so we can remove the old record and allow you to register your new business with your preferred email, phone number, and business registration number.
It says there’s an incomplete registration, but I didn’t start it. What should I do?
Check with your internal team if:
There is an active Aspire account for the business
ask them to invite you as a new user of the account instead.
Someone previously started the registration (current or former employee)
They can continue the registration using their credentials and add you once the account is active.
If the person has left the organisation and you wish to complete the registration, contact Support with your business name and registration number so we can remove the old record and allow you to register the business account instead.
I have an active Aspire account, and I want to open another Aspire account for another business. What should I do?
You can register a second business using the same email and phone number. Follow the steps in this FAQ to link the new Aspire account to your existing credentials.
If you try to mix and match (e.g., keep the phone number but use a new email), the system will block it.
I have an Aspire account but was invited to another with a different email. Can I use my registered phone number for the new email?
Each phone number can only be linked to one personal profile. If your phone number is already tied to your existing Aspire account, you cannot directly pair it with a different email address.
Your options:
Use another phone number
Register the new email address with a phone number that has not yet been used in Aspire.
Ask the admin of the other Aspire account to cancel and re-invite
Request the admin to cancel the pending user invite
Ask them to re-send the invite to your existing Aspire email address so you can manage both accounts under one set of credentials.
