How to Attach Files or Receipts for Your Inbound or Outbound Transfer

If you're an Admin or a Finance user with transfer or submit-only rights, you can upload supporting documents — such as receipts or other relevant files — for both inbound and outbound transfers on your transactions page.

  • For outbound transfers, you'll have the option to upload files:

    • After submitting the transfer, or

    • When the transfer is completed.

  • For inbound transfers, you can upload files after the transfer has been received in your account.

Notes:

  • Uploading files during the transfer initiation is currently not supported.

  • Any uploaded documents are for your personal reference only and will not be shared with the sender or recipient.

  • Supported file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .png
