Accessing Your Local HKD, USD, or CNY Account Details
To receive local transfers into your HKD, USD, or CNY Aspire accounts, the transfer must be initiated within Hong Kong. Admin and Finance users can share the necessary account details with the sender.
Follow these steps to access your local HKD, USD, or CNY account details:
On your Aspire dashboard, click "Funds" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Funds" (mobile app).
Choose the relevant HKD, USD, or CNY Account.
Click on "Receive Funds".
Select "Receive HKD/ CNY/ USD from HK only".

Do I have the same Local Account Details for HKD, USD, and CNY accounts?
Yes. If you receive a local transfer in HKD, USD, or CNY, the funds will be deposited in the respective currency account.
Example Scenarios:
If the sender transfers 100 HKD, 100 HKD will be deposited into your HKD account.
If the sender transfers 100 CNY, 100 CNY will be deposited into your CNY account.

Our team might email Admin and Finance users for additional details or documents needed to process your transfer. While we strive to complete these reviews quickly, we can't provide an exact timeline for when you will receive the funds, as weekends, public holidays, and banking hours might also affect the timing. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding any potential delays.
FPS transfer: To receive funds via FPS, please use your account number. At this time, we do not support other FPS identifiers, including mobile numbers, email addresses, or FPS IDs.
Chats transfer: Typically processed within 2–4 hours if submitted before 5:30 PM HKT on a business day.
