Accessing Your SWIFT HKD, USD, or CNY Account Details

To receive international transfers into your Aspire HKD, USD, or CNY accounts via SWIFT, Admin and Finance users can easily share the necessary account details with the sender.

Follow these steps to access your SWIFT HKD, USD, or CNY account details:

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Funds" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Funds" (mobile app).

  2. Choose the relevant HKD, USD, or CNY Account.

  3. Click on "Receive Funds".

  4. Select "Receive HKD/ CNY/ USD or any currency from anywhere".

Intermediary Bank Details

A sender typically has the option to input an intermediary bank when doing a SWIFT transfer to your SWIFT HKD, USD, or CNY Account. Placing the intermediary bank ensures a seamless transfer to your Aspire account, minimizing the chances of missing transfers or even transfer reversals.

As such, we recommend sharing the intermediary bank details with the sender when applicable. The sender should have the option to enter intermediary bank details at the time of transfer initiation.

If the sender cannot select an intermediary bank, no action is required, as the sender's bank may have it configured on the back end. Toggle the button below to select the appropriate intermediary bank based on the currency listed:

Do I have the same SWIFT Account Details for HKD, USD, and CNY accounts?

Yes. If you receive a transfer from any of our supported currencies, it will be converted into HKD, as it is your account's primary currency.

Example Scenarios:

  • If the sender transfers 100 AUD, it will be converted to HKD and deposited into your HKD account.

  • If the sender transfers 100 JPY, it will be converted to HKD and deposited into your HKD account.

Note: Transfers received in HKD, USD, or CNY will always be deposited into their respective accounts.

While we strive to complete these reviews quickly, we can't provide an exact timeline for when you will receive the funds, as weekends, public holidays, and banking hours might also affect the timing. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding any potential delays.

  • SWIFT transfer:

    • SWIFT transfers sent to the Aspire HK account will be converted at the best rates

    • Typically processed within 2-3 business days if submitted before 5:30 PM HKT on a business day.
