Activation Steps
Admin users can follow the steps below to activate other Aspire currency accounts:
On your Aspire dashboard, click "Funds" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Funds" (mobile app).
Click “Open new account”.
Select the currency account you want to open.
Click “Open [Currency] account”.
We will contact you via email if additional information is required to open your currency account. The process of opening an account typically takes around three business days to process your application.
Notes:
Account activation is subject to approval based on Acceptable Use Policy.
You can open one account per currency. Multiple accounts in the same currency are not supported.
Deactivating & Reactivating Aspire Currency Accounts
If you want to deactivate any of your currency accounts (not your entire Aspire account), please chat with our Support Team after logging in to your Aspire account.
In case you change your mind and want to reactivate your currency account, our Support Team is also available to assist you.
