My Physical Card Was Lost or Stolen

In the event that your physical card is misplaced, you have two options:

  • Freeze the card temporarily if you believe you may find it soon. This option allows you to unfreeze and use it at your convenience.

  • Cancel the card permanently if you are confident that it is lost or stolen.

You can access both options via the Aspire app. If you need a replacement card, you can request a new one at any time. Please contact the Aspire support team via the app for current replacement card pricing in Australia.
