Guide to Receiving Cashback using Aspire Charge Cards

What transactions qualify for cashback?

You'll receive cashback when you use our Aspire charge cards on all eligible spends.

How does cashback work?

Cashbacks are computed automatically at the end of each month based on your digital marketing & SaaS expenses. The cashback is then deposited into your Aspire Checking Account within 6 business days of the next month. You will receive a separate email notification when the cashback has been processed.

Note: Cashback will be calculated if transactions are made directly on your Aspire charge card. If your Aspire charge card is connected to another payment platform (e.g., Paypal), then the transactions made would not be eligible for the cashback program.

How to View Cashback Details

Follow these steps below to check your cashback details from the Aspire app:

  1. Click on the ‘Rewards’ tab on the navigation bar if you're using the web app. Or click on ‘Menu’ and select ‘Rewards’ if you're on the mobile app

  2. In this section, you can view two details regarding your cashback:

    • Credited Cashback - Navigate to the ‘Credited Cashback’ column to see the cashback amount that has been credited to your Aspire account.

    • Eligible Transactions - Click on the ‘Eligible Transactions’ column to see the details of which transactions are eligible for your credited cashbacks.
