To increase your Aspire Charge Card limit, Admin or Finance users must top up the Cards Collateral Account using funds from the Aspire Checking Account. You can do this in two ways:
Top up via Charge Cards Page
On your Aspire dashboard, click "Charge Cards" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Charge Cards" (mobile app).
Select "Increase available limit".
Enter the desired amount under the “You Pay” field, then click “Continue” to confirm the top-up.
Top up from the Cards Collateral Page
On your Aspire dashboard, click "Funds" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Funds" (mobile app).
Select "Cards collateral".
Click "Add Funds".
Enter the desired amount under the “You Pay” field, then click “Continue” to confirm the top-up.
Notes: The maximum amount you can hold in your Card Collateral Account is equal to your Charge card limit.
