What is ACH Debit?
ACH Debit allows a third party to pull funds from your Aspire USD Checking Account. At this time, Aspire does not support initiating ACH Debit transactions to pull funds from other US bank accounts.
How does it work?
When someone initiates an ACH debit to your Aspire USD Checking Account, you’ll receive an email notification detailing the scheduled transaction.
Authorizing an ACH Debit Request
If you approve the request, no action is needed. The amount will be automatically debited from your Aspire USD Checking Account on the settlement date. The recipient typically receives the funds by 5:30 AM PT on the next business day after the expected settlement date.
To authorise the ACH debit request, you may simply ignore the email, as it will automatically debit your Aspire USD Checking account on the expected settlement date. The requester will receive the requested amount by 5:30 AM PT on the next business day after the expected settlement date.
Returning an ACH Debit Request
If you do not authorize the request, you have until T+1 business day (1 business day after the scheduled settlement date) to return the transaction.
