Troubleshooting & Support

Assist could not answer my question. What should I do?

If a question is outside what Assist can see or do, it will say so rather than guess, and it will offer to bring in a person.

Choose Connect to support in the thread to open the Aspire support widget right there. No new tab, no separate login, and no hunting for an email address. Describe the issue in your own words and the support team picks it up on their side, on the same channel and with the same response times you have today.

I asked Assist to do something, but it said it could not. Why?

There are a few common reasons:

  • It is outside Assist's scope. Some actions, such as executing fund transfers, are intentionally not supported.

  • Your role does not permit it. Assist can only do what you are already permitted to do in Aspire. For example, approving a bill requires approver access.

  • It misunderstood the request. Try rephrasing with more detail, such as a name, amount, or date.

Assist gave me an answer that looks wrong. What should I do?

Assist can occasionally make a mistake. Open the record it references to check the detail, and do not confirm a write action until the numbers look right. If an answer is wrong, send feedback so the product team can improve it

How do I give feedback?

Feedback is the most useful thing you can send us.

  • Use the thumbs up or thumbs down on any answer. A sentence on what went wrong is enough.

  • Feedback goes straight to the product team, and we act on it.

ℹ️ Assist usage is monitored, not billed. We will tell you well before that changes.
