How to Cancel or Downgrade the Aspire Premium Plan
Admin users can cancel their Aspire Premium subscription at any time by following the steps below:
On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Manage account" in the upper right corner and select "Manage Billing" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Menu, choose "Manage account", and then select "Manage Billing".
Under "Current plan" select "Manage".
Click on "Cancel plan".
If you are sure, click "Yes, cancel".
Let us know why you're cancelling by selecting one of the available options, or choose "Other reasons" to share a different reason.
Click "Cancel plan".
What Happens After You Cancel?
Once you cancel the Aspire premium plan:
Your Premium plan will be deactivated immediately, and your account will switch to the Basic plan.
You’ll lose access to all Premium benefits — including priority support, discounted FX rates, free international transfers, and more.
You’ll be charged a prorated amount based on the number of days you had access to Premium in the current month.
An invoice will still be generated for the usage period, and the charge will appear under your upcoming billing section.
Want to resubscribe later? You can upgrade back to Premium anytime from your billing settings.
