Upgrade to Aspire Premium Plan

Note: The Premium Plan is currently in beta and may not be available to all users. If you don’t see the option to upgrade in the Aspire app, please contact our Support team through the in-app messenger.

Admin users can upgrade their Aspire subscription plan from Basic to Premium by following the steps below.

Upgrade via Home Dashboard

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, select “Upgrade to Aspire Premium” under the “Suggested for you” section”.

  2. Click on "Upgrade plan".

  3. If you agree with the terms and conditions, click "Upgrade plan".

Upgrade via Billing Dashboard

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Manage account" in the upper right corner and select "Manage Billing" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Menu, choose "Manage account", and then select "Manage Billing".

  2. Under "Current plan" select "Upgrade.

  3. Click on "Upgrade plan".

  4. If you agree with the terms and conditions, click "Upgrade plan".

Your Aspire Plan has been upgraded to Premium!

Once you upgrade to the Premium plan, you’ll be charged SGD 15 on the 1st of each month. If you upgrade mid-month, your first invoice will be prorated based on your subscription start date.
