  • India

  • Indonesia

  • Malaysia

  • Maldives

However, eligibility to open a USD account will be subject to approval based on Aspire's Acceptable Use Policy.

For businesses incorporated in other countries, our USD account does not yet support companies due to regulatory reasons in certain jurisdictions. We are working on expanding the availability of our multi-currency account to more countries.

In the meantime, we have an alternative product you may be interested in, Advance Card:

  • You can use these cards during the month, and then you are billed for the transactions at the end of the month.

  • You can use this card to boost the cash flow management of your business.

  • The credit limit depends on our assessment of your corporate bank statements from the last 6 months.

Note: Our Advance Card is not a debit account, which means that you will not be able to receive, send, or hold funds. Also, your Advance Card application is subject to approval. Please refer to this article for eligibility

Opening or Activating the Aspire USD Account

Once your Aspire account has been activated, Admin users can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Aspire dashboard and click "Add a new account" under Account Balances (or use the "+" action from the Get Started checklist).

  2. In the "Open a new account" panel, click the Account type field and select USD debit account from the list (under Debit Accounts).

  3. Review the USD account benefits panel (receive & hold USD, pay to 180+ countries, convert to 13 currencies) and accept Aspire's Terms & Conditions by clicking the confirm button.

  4. A success screen confirms "Your USD account is now opened!" along with the generated account name. Click Continue.

  5. The new USD Debit Account now appears under Account Balances on the dashboard, alongside the existing SGD account.

Notes:

  • USD account activation is subject to approval based on Acceptable Use Policy.

  • You can only activate one USD account. Opening additional USD accounts is not supported.

Common Issues and Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues during activation, such as a blank page or failure to load, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, and log in again.

  • Use a Different Browser or Incognito Mode: Switching to another browser or using a private/incognito window can resolve loading issues. These steps address the most common activation problems. If the issue persists, contact Aspire support for further assistance.

Initial Funding Guidelines

To activate or check the activity of your USD account, you may need to add an initial amount (e.g., 5–10 USD). You can deposit these funds into any of your Aspire accounts where you want the funds to be held.

Deactivating & Reactivating Aspire USD Account

If you want to deactivate your Aspire USD account (not your entire Aspire account), please chat with our Support Team after logging in to your Aspire account.
