Guide to Activating Aspire Advance Limit

Already have an Aspire account

Admin users can request to activate an Advance Limit by following the steps below:

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Advance limit" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Advance limit" (mobile app).

  2. After that, you will need to submit the “Aspire Advance Limit - Application form”. Our Sales team will get in touch with you after the application has been submitted.

Once all required documents have been submitted, our team will review your request within 3 business days.

Why can't I see the Advance Limit option?

If you cannot see the Advance Limit option in the Aspire app, your account may not have access to this feature. To view and access the Advance Limit feature, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Access requirements:

  • Your business operates in one of these countries: Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, or the Philippines

  • Your Director is located in one of the above countries

  • You have an Admin user role

If you meet all the above requirements and still cannot see the Advance Limit option, please contact the Aspire Support team for assistance.
