Guide to Activating & Deactivating Aspire GBP Account

Eligibility

Below are the supported countries:

  • Australia

  • China

  • Hong Kong

  • India

  • Indonesia

  • Malaysia

  • Maldives

  • Mongolia

  • Philippines

  • Singapore

  • South Korea

  • Sri Lanka

  • Taiwan

  • Thailand

  • Vietnam

However, eligibility to open a GBP account will be subject to approval based on Aspire's Acceptable Use Policy.

For businesses incorporated in other countries, our GBP account does not yet support companies due to regulatory reasons in certain jurisdictions. We are working on expanding the availability of our multi-currency account to more countries.

Opening or Activating the Aspire GBP Account

For businesses verified on or after 8 September 2025

Your GBP account will automatically be activated with your Aspire account if your business meets our Acceptable Use Policy.

For businesses verified before 8 September 2025

Admin users can request to open or activate Aspire GBP Account by following these steps or watch the video tutorial below. If the video isn’t visible, you can watch it here:

  1. From the home page, click Add a new account under "Funds"

  2. Click on "GBP Account", then click "Open GBP account"

Deactivating & Reactivating Aspire GBP Account

If you want to deactivate your Aspire GBP account (not your entire Aspire account), please chat with our Support Team after logging in to your Aspire account.

In case you change your mind and want to reactivate your Aspire GBP account, our Support Team is also available to assist you.
