Admin and Finance users with transfer rights can deposit and withdraw funds from SGD and USD Yield accounts.

1. From the home page, click “SGD or USD Yield Account” under the Funds section

2. Click “Add funds”

3. Enter the amount, and click “Continue”.

4. Review the details and click “Confirm”

Once done, an order confirmation email will be sent to Admin and Finance users.

Yes, Admin and Finance users can cancel a deposit order as long as it is still in the processing state:

1. Go to the SGD or USD Yield homepage

2. Choose the processing transfer from the list

3. Click on “More”, then “Cancel transfer”

Once done, an order confirmation email will be sent to Admin and Finance users. The Yield homepage will also display the updated available balance, with pending withdrawal amounts marked as unavailable.

There is no limit on the amount that can be withdrawn from your Yield Account to your Business Account when you submit a sell order. If the request is submitted before 4 PM SGT on a business day, you’ll get access to your funds on the next business day.

Yes, you can submit multiple sell orders on the same day. Requests submitted before 4 PM SGT will be processed on the same day, and the funds will be available in your business account by the next business day.
