Who can deposit and withdraw funds from the SGD Yield Account?
Admin and Finance users with transfer rights can deposit and withdraw funds from SGD and USD Yield accounts.
How to deposit funds to the Yield Account
1. From the home page, click “SGD or USD Yield Account” under the Funds section
2. Click “Add funds”
3. Enter the amount, and click “Continue”.
Notes:
You can only add funds to your SGD Yield Account from your SGD Debit Account, and to your USD Yield Account from your USD Debit Account. Currency conversion must be done in your Business Account before funding Yield accounts.
You are required to review the fund’s prospectus before proceeding with the order. You can find it at the bottom of the transfer summary screen in the app. You may also find a copy in the order confirmation email we’ll send after the order is placed.
4. Review the details and click “Confirm”
Once done, an order confirmation email will be sent to Admin and Finance users.
Notes: A maximum holding limit applies to the Yield Account. You can view your account’s specific limits in the app.
When will my deposit be posted?
For requests submitted before 4pm SGT on a business day:
Your request will be processed on the same day
Funds will be available in your yield account on the next business day
For requests submitted after 4pm SGT on a business day:
Your request will be processed on the next business day
Funds will be available in your yield account one business day after processing
Can I still cancel the deposit order?
Yes, Admin and Finance users can cancel a deposit order as long as it is still in the processing state:
1. Go to the SGD or USD Yield homepage
2. Choose the processing transfer from the list
3. Click on “More”, then “Cancel transfer”
How to withdraw funds from Aspire Yield Account
1. From the home page, click “SGD or USD Yield Account” under the Funds section
2. Click “Withdraw funds”
3. Enter the amount, click “Continue”
Notes: You can only withdraw funds from your SGD Yield Account to your SGD Debit Account, and your USD Yield Account to your USD Debit Account. Once deposited, currency conversion can be done between your business accounts.
4. Review the details and click “Confirm”
Once done, an order confirmation email will be sent to Admin and Finance users. The Yield homepage will also display the updated available balance, with pending withdrawal amounts marked as unavailable.
When will my withdrawal be posted?
For requests submitted before 4pm SGT on a business day:
Your request will be processed on the same day
Funds will be available in your business account on the next business day
For requests submitted after 4pm SGT on a business day:
Your request will be processed on the next business day
Funds will be available in your business account one business day after processing
Is there a limit on the amount that can be withdrawn from my Yield Account at once?
There is no limit on the amount that can be withdrawn from your Yield Account to your Business Account when you submit a sell order. If the request is submitted before 4 PM SGT on a business day, you’ll get access to your funds on the next business day.
Can I submit multiple withdrawal requests on the same day?
Yes, you can submit multiple sell orders on the same day. Requests submitted before 4 PM SGT will be processed on the same day, and the funds will be available in your business account by the next business day.
