Activation Steps
Before activating your Aspire Yield account, review the eligibility in article: Eligibility to Open Aspire Yield Account
Admin users can request to activate an SGD or USD Yield Account by following these steps:
From the home page, click “Yield accounts” under "Accounts" in the left navigation bar (web app), or click "Menu" and select Yield accounts (mobile app)
Client New Account on the upper right
Select “SGD Yield Account” or "USD Yield Account" for Account Type then fill in the Account Name
Click “Continue” then “Open Yield Account”
Continue user flow to confirm your business information (see eligibility here)
After you submit your business information, your Yield Account will be available immediately.
On rare occasions, a manual review by our team may be required.
Note:
To activate the Yield Account on your other Aspire account (Singapore or Hong Kong businesses only), remember to switch to the correct Aspire account first.
Why am I not eligible to open the Yield account?
At the moment, Yield accounts are not available to:
U.S. Person
Passive Non-Financial Entity (Passive NFE)
Financial institutions
Learn more about Yield Account eligibility here. If your company is eligible but you selected the wrong option during the activation process, we recommend repeating the same steps and selecting the correct option when prompted.
