When your Aspire card has been charged for multiple transaction attempts, you may resolve this directly with the merchant beforehand.
If the merchant insists that you should resolve this with Aspire instead, you may raise the dispute request to our Support team by following the guidance in Guide to Raising a Dispute for Aspire Card Transactions.
Note: To support your dispute, kindly provide evidence of your attempts to resolve the issue directly with the merchant. This may include emails, screenshots, or merchant statements.
