You can download an official letter that contains your Aspire multi-currency account details in-app, which you can share with your sender.
Under Frequently Used Actions, click "View all actions", then select "Add money".
Choose one of your Aspire multi-currency account.
Next, choose any of the available account details.
Aspire HKD Account: Receive HKD from Hong Kong only, Receive HKD or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire CNY Account: Receive CNY from Hong Kong only, Receive CNY or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire USD Account: Receive USD from Hong Kong only, Receive USD from United States only, Receive USD or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire EUR Account: Receive EUR from SEPA countries only, Receive EUR or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire GBP Account: Receive GBP from United Kingdom only, Receive GBP or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire JPY Account: Receive JPY or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire AUD Account: Receive AUD or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire CAD Account: Receive CAD or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire NZD Account: Receive NZD or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire CHF Account: Receive CHF or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire NOK Account: Receive NOK or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire SEK Account: Receive SEK or any currency from anywhere.
Aspire SGD Account: Receive SGD or any currency from anywhere.
Next, click on "Share details" and choose "Download official letter"
Note: If you require an official letter from our partner, you may contact our Customer Care team by logging in to the Aspire app. Allow our team to provide the letter within one business day.
