If your Aspire Virtual Card is about to expire, an "Expiring soon" icon will appear on your card. We will also send you an email notification to keep you informed.
To replace an expiring or expired card, follow these steps:
On your Aspire dashboard, click "Cards" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Cards" (mobile app).
Select the expiring or expired card from the list
Hit “Replace” button
For Admin and Budget owners, select the reason for replacing the card, then click “Yes, replace card”. For finance and employee users who are not budget owners, simply click “Yes, replace card” — and you’re all set!
Note:
The replacement card will contain a new card number while preserving the existing settings (such as budget, merchant lock, currency, source of funds, etc.).
Prior transactions from the original card will not influence the new card's spend limit.
