Notes:
Please keep the following in mind when topping up your HKD Cards Account:
The funds transferred to your HKD Cards Account must originate from a local bank account in Hong Kong.
The sender name reflected when receiving the funds in your HKD Cards Account should match the name of your Aspire account, which is your company's name.
Topping up your HKD Cards account is intended for remittance purposes only.
When topping up from Airwallex or Wise, please include the branch code (478) in front of your account number.
Follow the steps by steps below to view the account details where you can topup your HKD Cards Account:
On your Aspire dashboard, click "Funds" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Funds" (mobile app).
Next, choose your HKD Cards Account
Click on "Add funds"
You would be able to view your HKD cards account details and transfer funds from your company's bank account via FPS or CHATS.
Once your HKD Cards Account is topped up, your funds will be reflected within 24 hours and you may use these funds through your HKD Cards.
Note: Any funds received from a bank account that is under a different name from your Aspire Account, will be rejected and refunded in 1 business day to the sender.
