How to sync Aspire Reporting Fields with Xero Tracking Categories?

In order to synchronize Aspire Reporting Fields with Xero Tracking Categories, it is important to ensure that the name of the reporting field dropdown and its options match between Aspire and Xero.

For instance, if you label a reporting field as "Location" in Aspire, then the corresponding tracking category in Xero should also be named "Location".

Furthermore, if "Amityville" is one of the dropdown options in the reporting field in Aspire, then it should also be included as one of the dropdown options in the Xero Tracking Categories.

Once these criteria are met, you will be able to effectively sync the Aspire Reporting Fields with Xero Tracking Categories.

Notes: This feature is only supported for the Dropdown field type under Reporting fields. The Free text field type is not yet supported.
