Choose "Report a Bug"
Fill out the form, and click on Submit.
Mobile app version:
Open the Aspire App
Go to "Account" and click on "Help and support"
Choose "Report a bug"
Fill out the form, and click on Submit.
This will help us collect all relevant details and notify the technical support team for investigation. They will reach out to you within one business day
