Please provide one of the acceptable proof of business documents listed below, based on how long your business has been incorporated:

Description

Business Plan

A comprehensive document outlining the company’s goals, strategies, market analysis, financial forecasts, and operational plans.

License Application Form

Official receipt or copy of application form showing that the license application is in process

Proof of third-party investment

  • An investment contract with an established/reputable VC company that has a verifiable online presence

  • Verifiable source of funds/wealth of founders that aligns with financial projections

  • Other sources of investment that can be verified (e.g., friends and family)

Description

Customs Declarations

A legal document required when importing or exporting goods, detailing the nature, value, and origin of the items being shipped to comply with customs regulations.

Shipping Documentation

Examples: Bill of lading, airway bill, packing list, and invoice that facilitate the shipment and delivery of goods.

Company Bank Statement

A financial record from the bank showing the company’s account activity, including deposits, withdrawals, and balances over a specific period.

Company Tax Returns/ Filings

An official document filed with a tax authority that reports an individual’s or business’s income, expenses, deductions, and tax liability for a specific financial year.

Audited financials

Financial statements verified by an independent auditor to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Contracts with clients /suppliers/ partners

Legally binding agreements outline terms, conditions, and obligations in business relationships with customers and vendors.

Marketing materials (offline)

Tangible promotional items such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards used to advertise products or services.

Marketing materials (online)

Digital advertising assets such as banners, email campaigns, blog posts, or video ads promoting the company’s offerings

Website

The company’s online presence, providing information about its products, services, and contact details, often functioning as a key marketing tool.

App

A mobile or web application developed by the company to offer services, enhance customer engagement, or facilitate transactions.

Marketplace Webstore Link (Amazon, Ebay, Lazada, Shoppee)

Online storefronts or accounts showcasing products for sale on these e-commerce platforms, including product descriptions, reviews, and sales history.

Social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok Business)

Social media profiles used for engaging with audiences, marketing products/services, and building brand awareness.

News articles

Media coverage or press mentions about the company, showcasing its milestones, initiatives, or reputation.

Trade body registration

Certification or membership with an industry-specific association, indicating compliance with standards and active participation in the trade community.

Google street address

The verified physical location of the company, displayed on Google Maps, often used to establish credibility.

Regulation/license

Official authorization allowing the company to operate legally in its industry, issued by relevant regulatory authorities.

Proof of third party investment (e.g. Venture Capital)

Documentation showing financial backing from external investors or funding sources.
