How to Create and Delete Recipients in my Aspire Multi-Currency Accounts

Only Admin, Finance with transfer rights, and Finance with submit-only rights users can add or delete recipients. To learn more, you can follow the guides below to create or delete a recipient.

How to create new recipients

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click on "Make a transfer" under the Frequently used actions

  2. Click on New Recipient

  3. Choose the currency of your recipient and fill out the relevant information​ of your beneficiary's bank.


Notes:

  • Please provide the beneficiary's bank details for: address, city, state/ Province, and postal code.

  • To change the default recipient name, you can modify it in the "Full name of the account holder" section.

  • To add a recipient in IDR currency, you will need a minimum balance of IDR 10,000 in your IDR account.

How to delete recipients

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click on "Make a transfer" under the Frequently used actions

  2. Select the recipient you want to delete

  3. Click the three-dot button on the right side of the name

  4. Click Delete

Note:

  • Currently, there is no option to edit or view an existing recipient record.

  • To update recipient details, we recommend deleting the existing record and creating a new one with the updated information.
