Only Admin, Finance with transfer rights, and Finance with submit-only rights users can add or delete recipients. To learn more, you can follow the guides below to create or delete a recipient.
How to create new recipients
On your Aspire dashboard, click on "Make a transfer" under the Frequently used actions
Click on New Recipient
Choose the currency of your recipient and fill out the relevant information of your beneficiary's bank.
Notes:
Please provide the beneficiary's bank details for: address, city, state/ Province, and postal code.
To change the default recipient name, you can modify it in the "Full name of the account holder" section.
To add a recipient in IDR currency, you will need a minimum balance of IDR 10,000 in your IDR account.
How to delete recipients
On your Aspire dashboard, click on "Make a transfer" under the Frequently used actions
Select the recipient you want to delete
Click the three-dot button on the right side of the name
Click Delete
Note:
Currently, there is no option to edit or view an existing recipient record.
To update recipient details, we recommend deleting the existing record and creating a new one with the updated information.
