If your Aspire account opening request was not approved, you may have received a notification that it was rejected due to compliance or risk assessment reasons. We understand this can be disappointing, and this article explains what happens next.

Why Can't Aspire Provide Specific Rejection Reasons?

Due to regulatory and compliance requirements, Aspire cannot disclose the specific reasons why an account opening request was not approved. This policy applies to all rejected applications and helps us maintain compliance with financial regulations.

Can I Appeal the Decision?

Yes, if you believe there may have been an error or you have additional information to share, you can appeal the decision by contacting the Aspire support team via the Aspire app or emailing support@aspireapp.com.

However, please note:

  • Your appeal on the existing application will go through the same review process

  • There is no guarantee of a different outcome

  • Ensure all information in your new application is accurate and up-to-date


What If My Business Circumstances Change?

If your business situation changes significantly (new business activities, different ownership structure, updated financial standing), you may reapply with the updated information.
