How can I find my constitution document?
If you are unable to find your constitution document, you can purchase it from ACRA BizFile. Here is a step-by-step guide for your reference:
Sign into BizFile using your Singpass or Corppass.
Enter your Unique Entity Number (UEN) in the search bar and click ‘Other Information’.
Click ‘Search’ and scroll to the ‘Extracts’ section.
Under ‘Category,’ select ‘Company Incorporation (M&AA)/Constitution.’
Choose ‘Last 5 Years’ as the transaction date and click ‘Find’. If unavailable, try other time ranges like ‘Last 10 Years’.
Select the first option, purchase, and download the Constitution/M&AA file.
