When is my bill generated?

Your bill is generated based on the payment terms configured for your account — either at the start of the month, on a custom date, or on the default billing date. Your Aspire account settings will show your billing date.

How long do I have to pay my bill?

You have an interest-free period of generally 21 days from the bill generation date to make payment.

How do I download my bill?

You can download your Advance bill directly from the Aspire app. Go to your Advance account and select the relevant billing period to download a PDF statement.

What happens if I miss my payment due date?

If your payment is not received by the end of the grace period (generally 6 days after the due date), a late fee will be charged to your charge account. The late fee is calculated as 2.5% of the outstanding bill amount, plus a fixed penalty of AUD 50.

What happens if I have an overdue bill when my next bill is generated?

The previous overdue bill will be marked as cancelled and its balance carried forward. Please contact the Care team if you have concerns about an overdue balance.

Is there an FX fee on repayments made in a different currency?

Yes. If your repayment account currency differs from your AUD Advance limit currency, an FX fee of generally 1% applies on the repayment amount.
