My Aspire Card Has Been Charged an Additional Fee After My Original Transaction

Your card might have an additional fee or refund from the merchant you were transacting with, as it is part of their settlement charge.

A settlement charge may appear when the final settlement amount differs from the authorisation amount.

If you notice any extra charges deducted from your card, please reach out to the Aspire Support team through the Aspire app. The team will be able to verify if it is indeed a settlement charge and provide any necessary assistance.
