You can download an official letter that contains your Aspire multi-currency account details in-app, which you can share with your sender.
On your Aspire dashboard, click on "Statements and Exports" in the right navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Statements and Exports" (mobile app).
Select "Account Details Letter" from Official Documents
Click "All filters" to select the account, click "Apply" and then "Download"
A new tab will open in your browser showing the PDF file. Click the download icon on the upper right to download it to your device.
Note: If you require an official letter from our partner, you may contact our Customer Care team by logging in to the Aspire app. Allow our team to provide the letter within one business day.
