How soon must I start the sign-up process?
You must begin your sign-up within 10 days of receiving the invitation from Aspire. Applications started after this window will not be eligible for the reward.
How long do I have to complete verification and onboarding?
You have 30 days from the date you commenced your application to complete Aspire's verification and onboarding process.
Taxes
Are there any tax implications for receiving this reward?
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to rewards you receive. If you earn USD $600 or more in total rewards across Aspire promotions in a calendar year, Aspire may require you to provide tax documentation (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN-E) and may file relevant forms (e.g., Form 1099-MISC or Form 1042-S) with the IRS. Aspire does not provide tax advice — please consult your tax advisor.
What happens if I don't provide the required tax documentation?
If the required documentation is not provided, Aspire may limit your total rewards across all promotions to below USD $600 in the relevant calendar year.
Terms, Disputes & General
Can Aspire change or cancel this offer?
Yes. Aspire may update these Reward Terms or modify the offer at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms. Termination of the Aspire Terms of Service will also immediately terminate these Reward Terms.
Can I opt out of this offer?
Yes. You may opt out at any time by emailing Aspire at support@aspireapp.com.
What should I do if I think there is an error with my reward?
Please contact Aspire's customer support team at support@aspireapp.com within 60 days of the reward being reflected (or expected to be reflected) in your account. Failure to notify Aspire within this period may result in forfeiture of your right to contest the reward.
Can I share or promote this offer publicly?
This offer is personal to you and may not be transferred or reassigned. You must not promote it through bots, incentivised traffic sources, discount/affiliate coupon websites, or paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) without Aspire's prior written consent.
Who is this agreement with?
This agreement is solely between you (the US business entity) and AFT US LLC (Aspire). It is not administered by any third party, including the bank provider of the Aspire Business Account or the issuing bank of any Aspire commercial card.
What law governs this agreement?
These Reward Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
