You are eligible if all of the following apply:
Your business is incorporated in the United States, and is a subsidiary or sister company of an existing Singapore-incorporated Aspire client (the 'Inviting Client').
You have not previously registered with Aspire US or any Aspire affiliate, including Aspire Singapore or Aspire Hong Kong.
You have been invited to open an Aspire US Business Account by an Inviting Client, and Aspire has a record of that invitation.
You begin the sign-up process within 10 days of receiving the invitation from Aspire.
We have never had any Aspire account before. Are we eligible?
Yes, provided your Singapore parent or sister company is an existing Aspire client who has invited you, and all other eligibility criteria are met. This offer is specifically designed for US entities related to existing Aspire Singapore clients.
What is the role of the Inviting Client (our Singapore entity)?
The Inviting Client's role is limited to making the introduction to Aspire. They are not a party to your Reward Terms and have no claim to the reward. The USD $150 cash reward will be credited solely to your Aspire US Business Account.
What does 'account in good standing' mean?
Your Aspire US Business Account must remain open and active throughout the offer period, with no violations of Aspire's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or these Reward Terms. Aspire reserves the right to withhold or revoke your reward if your account is not in good standing.
