How to Download an Official Aspire Multi-Currency Accounts Letter

You can download an official letter that contains your Aspire multi-currency account details in-app, which you can share with your sender.

  1. Under Frequently Used Actions, click "View all actions", then select "Add money".

  2. Choose one of your Aspire multi-currency account.

  3. Next, choose any of the available account details.

    1. Aspire SGD Account: Receive SGD from Singapore only, Receive foreign currencies & SGD from anywhere, Receive via PayNow using VPA, Receive via PayNow using QR Code.

    2. Aspire USD Account: Receive USD from US only, Receive foreign currencies & USD from anywhere.

    3. Aspire EUR Account: Receive EUR from SEPA Countries only, Receive foreign currencies & EUR from anywhere.

    4. Aspire GBP Account: Receive GBP from UK only, Receive foreign currencies & GBP from anywhere.

    5. Aspire IDR Account: Receive IDR from anywhere

  4. Next, click on "Share details" and choose "Download official letter"

Note:

  • Aspire provides virtual SGD accounts to its customers under a master account held with DBS Bank. The master account held with DBS Bank is opened in Aspire's name. As the virtual accounts are opened under Aspire's master account and are not individual accounts opened by our customers directly with DBS, we’re unable to issue bank statements with DBS branding or on DBS letterhead.

  • If you require an official letter from our other partners, you may contact our Customer Care team by logging in to the Aspire app. Allow our team to provide the letter within one business day.
