Convert funds from Aspire SGD, USD, EUR, and GBP Account
Admin, Finance with transfer rights, and Finance with submit-only rights users can seamlessly convert funds or make an internal transfer between the Aspire SGD, USD, EUR, and GBP account instantly for free. Please follow the steps below:
On your Aspire dashboard, click "Funds" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Funds" (mobile app).
Next, click on "Exchange Currency"
Next, choose the account from which you want to exchange funds and enter the amount to be converted.
Then, select the target currency account for the conversion.
Select a category, and click "Continue".
Confirm the amount to be sent or received to ensure the correct conversion, then click "Review Exchange".
If all details are correct, click "Submit" to complete the transaction.
Notes:
Transfers initiated by Finance with submit-only rights users must be approved by an Admin, Finance with transfer rights users, or designated approvers as per the business's Transfer Approval Policy.
Processing Time: Transfers between Aspire multi-currency accounts (SGD, USD, EUR, and GBP) are completed instantly unless initiated by a Finance user with submit-only rights, in which case approval is required before completion.
Fees for inter-account transfers between Aspire SGD, USD, EUR, and GBP are free.
Same-currency transfers (e.g., SGD to SGD) are not supported under this feature.
