How do I hire a new employee?
From the Hires page under Global Hiring, click Add People and select EOR employee. You'll complete four short steps — Personal Details, Job Details, Compensation Details, and Benefits — after which Aspire generates a quote for your review.
What information will I need to provide?
You'll need the employee's personal details (name, personal email, citizenship, and employment country), job title and job scope, compensation and work schedule details, and your choice of benefits. The exact fields shown will vary depending on the employee's country of employment, since local requirements differ.
Can I save my progress and come back later?
Yes. Your progress is automatically saved as a draft at every step, so you can pick up right where you left off from the onboarding tracker. You can also delete a draft at any time if you decide not to proceed.
What happens if my employee's citizenship is different from their employment country?
If your employee will need a work permit or visa, you can indicate this during contract creation. Our team will be notified automatically and will work with you and our EOR partner to progress the visa or immigration process; the employment agreement is only countersigned once the necessary documentation is in place.
What is the compliance check on my job scope?
When you enter a job title and job scope, you can run an automated compliance check before proceeding. This flags anything in the job description that may not be compliant with local employment regulations, so you can correct it before the contract is finalised.
What benefits can I offer my employee?
Available benefits (e.g. health insurance, life insurance, pension contributions) depend on the employee's country and are shown to you during contract creation. Some benefits are mandatory under local law and must be selected before you can continue; others are optional add-ons you can customise.
How do I review and accept my quote?
Once you've completed all four steps, click Generate Quote to see a full cost breakdown — including salary, employer costs, management fee, and security deposit. From here you can download the quote and draft contract for review, edit any details before committing, and then Accept or Reject the quote. Accepting creates the employment contract and moves your hire into onboarding.
Can I edit a contract after generating a quote but before accepting it?
Yes. While a quote is in Draft status, you can open it and edit almost any detail (employment country and employee citizenship cannot be changed). Once you save your changes, an updated quote is generated for your review.
Can I reject a quote?
Yes. If you decide not to proceed, you can reject the quote and select a reason (for example, cost, a change in hiring plans, or feedback on the platform). Rejecting a quote removes the draft contract.
How do I track onboarding progress after a contract is accepted?
The Hires page shows the status of every employee — such as Invited, Onboarding, Onboarding at Risk, Onboarding Overdue, Ready to Start, and Active. Click into any hire to see a detailed onboarding tracker and the specific steps still outstanding.
