Costs & Pricing

How much does it cost to hire an employee through Global Hiring?

Your total monthly cost is made up of the employee's gross salary, statutory employer costs for their country (e.g. social contributions, insurance), any benefits you choose to provide, and Aspire's management fee. You'll see a full breakdown before you commit to any hire.

What is Aspire's management fee?

Aspire charges a flat management fee per employee per month:

Employee location

Management fee (per employee / month)

India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand

USD 399

All other countries

USD 549

This fee is shown clearly in the cost estimate, the quote, and every invoice — there are no hidden charges.

How can I estimate costs before creating a contract?

Use the Estimate Hiring tool on the Global Hiring homepage. Enter the employee's country, gross annual salary, and the level of benefits you'd like to offer, and Aspire will generate an instant cost breakdown covering salary, employer costs, benefits, and management fees. You can download the estimate as a PDF, and use it as the starting point for a full contract whenever you're ready — no contract or commitment is created at this stage.

What is the security deposit and why is it required?

A security deposit is a one-time, refundable payment collected before your employee is included in payroll. It protects both you and your employee by ensuring salaries can always be paid on time, even in the event of a payment delay.

How much is the security deposit?

The standard deposit covers 1 to 1.5 months of total employment cost (gross salary + employer costs + management fee). The deposit may increase — typically up to a maximum of 2 to 3 months — in specific situations, such as:

  • Removing the probation period

  • Offering paid time off more than 8 days above the local legal minimum

  • Extending the notice period beyond the standard term

  • Including variable pay, such as commission or performance bonuses

Your exact deposit amount is always shown on the quote before you accept a contract.

Is the security deposit refundable?

Yes. The deposit is fully refundable once the employee leaves and all outstanding invoices are settled. Refunds are typically processed within 60 days of the employee's final day, once all payments are complete. If your final invoice is lower than the deposit, you'll receive the difference back; if it's higher, you'll be invoiced for the shortfall before the refund is processed.

Are there any fees for making payments?

A transfer fee of USD 5 (or the currency equivalent) applies per payment made through Global Hiring. This is shown as a separate line item at checkout so you always know the full cost before you pay.
