What is Priority Support?

Priority Support gives Aspire Premium users preferential access to our support team, with faster routing, quicker resolutions, and access to more experienced agents.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Jump the Bot: Skip the AI chatbot and connect directly with a human support agent when using the chat channel.

  • Jump the Queue: Your queries will be prioritized ahead of others in the queue, meaning faster allocation to a support agent, even during busy hours.

  • Straight to Expert: On email, your queries are routed directly to our in-house expert support team, bypassing the standard first-level review.

Whether it's resolving complex issues or getting guidance on our features, Priority Support ensures you're never stuck waiting in line.

If your query requires further assistance, we’ll seamlessly route your conversation to our in-house experts over email for a faster, more accurate resolution.
