If the user you invited did not receive the email invitation after being invited to your Aspire account, please ask your invited user to follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check the email's spam or junk folder, as the invitation email might have been filtered there.
Ensure that the invited user uses the correct email address associated with your Aspire account.
Resend the invitation by canceling the first invitation and then inviting the relevant user again.
If you still have not received the invitation, please contact Aspire App's customer support through the chat feature in the app for further assistance.
