Service Update on UAE and Oman Transactions

Status of Incoming Transfer from UAE and Oman

What is the current status of incoming transactions from the UAE and Oman?

Due to the evolving geopolitical environment, our payment partner, DBS HK, has ceased supporting incoming transactions involving the UAE and Oman until further notice. This means any transfers currently routed through this specific channel will be blocked.

Is this a permanent change?

This is a temporary restriction based on the current banking landscape. While this specific route is unavailable "until further notice," our teams are actively working on alternative routing solutions. Our goal is to restore transaction capabilities from these regions through different channels as soon as possible.

I am a client incorporated in the UAE or Oman—am I affected?

Your Aspire account remains fully active. This update does not impact your ability to hold an account or transact with other regions. The restriction applies only to the movement of funds, specifically from the UAE and Oman, while we work on new routing paths.

What happens if I receive money from these countries right now?

Transactions involving the incoming funds from UAE or Oman routed through DBS HK will be rejected. If you have an incoming transfer expected from these regions, we recommend notifying the sender that the current route is temporarily suspended.

How will I know when service is restored?

We are monitoring the situation closely. We will provide further updates as soon as alternative routes are established or if the current restrictions are lifted by our payment partner.

Note:

  • The current restriction applies only to receiving transfers from UAE and Oman. Outbound transfers to UAE and Oman continue to be supported.
