Admin and Finance Users can send HKD to the recipient's local bank account details or FPS ID from the Aspire SGD Account.
When sending funds via FPS ID, fill in the following fields on the transfer screen:
Recipient type
Name of the business/organization
Email, FPS ID or mobile number linked to the recipient account
Notes:
When using an email or phone number, please confirm with the recipient that their email or phone number is registered on the FPS network. Transfers to emails and phone numbers not registered on the FPS network will fail.
When sending funds via mobile number, ensure that you include +852 followed by a dash. The format should appear like this: +852-12345678.
When sending funds via local bank account, fill in the following fields on the transfer screen:
Recipient type
Full name of the account holder
Bank name
Account number
