How to integrate my Aspire account with Accurate?

You can manually import account statements and bills from Aspire to Accurate using our Export Data feature!

Importing Aspire Account Statements to Accurate

To import your Account statements from Aspire, Admin and Finance users can follow the steps below:

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Data Export" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Data Export" (mobile app).

  2. Click on "Account Statement", and then under the export format, select "Accurate" Format

  3. Click on "Export"

  4. Log into your Accurate Account

  5. Create a "Smart Link E-Banking" for your account in Accurate from "Cash and Bank" section

    1. Select 'Accurate Online Format' in Internet Banking Type

    2. Add a new Bank Account Number

    3. Add your Aspire account in Bank Relations

  6. Import the bank statement in "Bank Statement" section of "Cash and Bank"

    1. Click on "Import Data" after selecting the newly created bank link

    2. Select the file that you downloaded from Aspire

    3. Import into your Accurate account

Importing Aspire Bills to Accurate.id

By using the Export Data feature in your Aspire account, you can seamlessly integrate your Aspire Bills data with Accurate for payables tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.

To do this, Admin and Finance users can follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to "Export Data" on Aspire and select "Bills"

  2. Select the relevant filters in case you want to filter the data for your export and then select the Accurate Format to export your bills

  3. Sign into your accurate.id account and navigate to the "Purchases feature" in Accurate

  4. Click on "Purchase Invoices" and then click on "List Icon" on the top left

  5. Click on "Import from File" and then import the .CSV that you downloaded from Aspire
