How long does onboarding take?
Standard onboarding runs 4–8 weeks from signed agreement to production, depending on KYB complexity and integration depth. Simpler flows can go live in as little as one week.
What does the onboarding process look like?
Week 1: KYB and commercial agreement
Weeks 2–3: Sandbox access, technical kickoff, API integration
Weeks 4–5: UAT, compliance sign-off, go-live checklist
Weeks 6–8: Gradual production ramp with monitoring and support
Is there a sandbox to test before going live?
Yes. All AspireX accounts include sandbox access from the start of the engagement.
Is the integration standard or custom-built per client?
The core product is API-first and productized - the same versioned, documented endpoints are used by all clients. What is configured per client includes KYB profile, risk limits, FX pricing, enabled corridors, card BIN configuration, and webhook setup. Complex use cases (e.g. multi-entity flows, custom reconciliation) may involve a short design phase during onboarding.
