Who can deposit and withdraw funds from the SGD Yield Account?
Admin and Finance users with transfer rights can deposit and withdraw funds from SGD Yield account.
How to deposit funds to the SGD Yield Account
1. From the home page, click “SGD Yield Account” under the Funds section
2. Click “Add funds”
3. Select the SGD Account to deposit from, enter the amount, and click “Continue”.
Notes: You are required to review the fund’s prospectus before proceeding with the order. You can find it at the bottom of the transfer summary screen in the app. You may also find a copy in the order confirmation email we’ll send after the order is placed.
4. Review the details and click “Confirm”
Once done, an order confirmation email will be sent to Admin and Finance users. If the deposit is made before 4 PM SGT on a business day, the funds will be processed the next business day (T+1).
Notes: A maximum holding limit applies to the Yield Account. You can view your account’s specific limits in the app.
Can I still cancel the deposit order?
Yes, Admin and Finance users can cancel a deposit order as long as it is still in the processing state:
1. Go to the Yield homepage
2. Choose the processing transfer from the list
3. Click on “More”, then “Cancel transfer”
How to withdraw funds from the SGD Yield Account
1. From the home page, click “SGD Yield Account” under the Funds section
2. Click “Withdraw funds”
3. Select the SGD Account to receive the withdrawal, enter the amount, click “Continue”
4. Review the details and click “Confirm”
Once done, an order confirmation email will be sent to Admin and Finance users. If submitted before 4 PM SGT on a business day, requests will be processed the same day, and funds will be available in your business account the next business day (T+1).
The Yield homepage will also display the updated available balance, with pending withdrawal amounts marked as unavailable.
Is there a limit on the amount that can be withdrawn from my Yield Account at once?
There is no limit on the amount that can be withdrawn from your Yield Account to your Business Account when you submit a sell order. If the request is submitted before 4 PM SGT on a business day, you’ll get access to your funds on the next business day.
Can I submit multiple withdrawal requests on the same day?
Yes, you can submit multiple sell orders on the same day. Requests submitted before 4 PM SGT will be processed on the same day, and the funds will be available in your business account by the next business day.
