What Transactions Qualify for Cashback?
You will receive cashback when you use your Aspire AUD debit card for all eligible spends. You can find the list of eligible merchants on the Aspire Australia website or within the app.
If you make a transaction with a merchant that is not listed, you can inform the Aspire team by clicking the messenger icon at the bottom right corner of the screen after logging in. The team will review your request and assess the possibility of adding the merchant.
How Does Cashback Work?
Cashback is computed automatically at the end of each month based on all eligible spends made using your Aspire AUD debit card. The cashback is then deposited into your AUD account by the 10th day of the subsequent month. You will also receive a separate email notification once the cashback has been processed.
Note: Cashback will only be calculated for transactions made directly from your Aspire card. If your Aspire card is connected to another payment platform (e.g. PayPal), those transactions will not be eligible for the cashback programme.
