Notes:

  • All transfers are subject to compliance checks by our team or partners, which may occasionally result in delays for your recipient in receiving the funds.

  • Our team might email Admin and Finance users for additional details or documents needed to process your transfer.

  • While we strive to complete these reviews quickly, we can't provide an exact timeline for when your recipient will receive the funds, as weekends, public holidays, and banking hours might also affect the timing.

  • We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding any potential delays.

How to send local transfers from AUD account:

  1. Go to your AUD Account page

  2. Click on "Submit/Make a transfer" button, then choose “Pay a recipient.”

  3. Select from one of your saved recipients or create a New Recipient. When creating a new recipient, you need to provide their account name, number, and BSB code

Auto-selection between NPP and BECS for your transfer: Aspire checks whether your recipient’s BSB can receive NPP payments. If so, it prioritizes sending the transfer via NPP. In rare cases where NPP is unavailable or experiencing downtime, Aspire uses BECS as a fallback option

4. Input the amount you would like to send. Click “Continue”

Note: Scheduled transfers are not available in the current beta phase of release

5. Place any transfer reference that will be visible to the recipient, then add the rest of the reporting fields (category, budget, and other reporting fields) on your payment

6. Review the transfer details, and if all is good, click "Submit," and the transfer will be initiated.

What name will be displayed as the sender of the transfer?

The beneficiary will see your company name as the sender of the transfer regardless of whether the transfer was done through BECS or via NPP.
