Who Can Create Cards
Admin users have the ability to create their own cards without any approval needed.
Finance and Employee users must obtain approval from the Admin or Budget Owner before their card is created.
Note: Only the cardholder can view the full card details.

How to Create Physical Corporate Cards
Admin Users
On your Aspire dashboard, click "Charge Cards" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Charge Cards" (mobile app).
Click "New card" located on the top right-hand side.
Select the Cardholder and enter the Card name.
Select “Physical card” under card type.
Set a Spend limit:
Enter the amount
Choose the refresh frequency: Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or one-time.
Link the card to a budget (optional).
Click "View more spend controls" to apply more spending control for your card:
Freeze automatically: Set automatic card freezing based on transaction count or selected date.
Allow specific currencies only: Specify allowed currencies for card transactions.
Merchant category restrictions: Specify the merchant category restrictions.
Specific merchant restrictions: Specify specific merchant restrictions.
Assign a category for your card.
Click "View more reporting actions" to:
Click "Continue".
Add the details to be printed on the card:
Add the delivery details, then click “Continue”. You can ship your card within the US or to any of the other countries that we support shipping to.
Review the card and delivery details, then click "Place order and pay".
Finance and Employees Users
On your Aspire dashboard, click "Charge Cards" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Charge Cards" (mobile app).
Click "Request a card" located on the top right-hand side.
Edit the card's name.
Select “Physical card” under card type.
Under "Purpose" include a reason for your card request and attach any supporting documents.
Choose the preferred currency for your card transactions.
Set a Spend limit:
Enter the amount
Choose the refresh frequency: Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or one-time.
Link the card to a budget (optional).
Click "View more spend controls" to apply more spending control for your card:
Merchant category restrictions: Specify the merchant category restrictions.
Specific merchant restrictions: Specify specific merchant restrictions.
Assign a category for your card.
Click "View more reporting options" to:
Click "Continue".
Input the details to be printed on the card:
Cardholder: Cardholder's name that will be printed on the card
Custom card name: Custom value that will be printed on the card
Add the delivery details, then click “Continue”.
Review the card and delivery details and click "Request a card".
Click "Yes, request my card now" to submit your card request.
Physical Card Fees & Delivery Timeframe
The first physical card per user is free when it is shipped within the USA.
Additional cards per user cost USD 10 when shipped within the US.
Cards shipped internationally will cost USD 40 per card.
This fee will be added to your corporate card due amount once you create the card
You can view the expected shipping and delivery timelines for your card inside the app:

Click your physical card from the list.
Click "Track card delivery status" to view the dispatch date, courier information, and tracking number.
How to change the physical corporate card PIN
On your Aspire dashboard, click "Charge Cards" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Charge Cards" (mobile app).
Select your physical card on the list, click on "Security options" and then click on "Reset PIN".
Enter your new 4-digit PIN, then hit "Proceed".
Re-enter your new 4-digit PIN to confirm the change.
Your new PIN will be used in situations where a merchant requires a PIN (primarily for international card transactions).
