Why is some account information not visible to employee users?
For security and compliance reasons, certain details, such as the account number, are only visible to users with Admin or Finance roles.
If you need access to this information, please ask your account Admin to temporarily update your role. Once your role is changed, you’ll be able to view the relevant details immediately.
