When you open an account, we're required to verify where your business is registered and, if different, where it actually operates. This helps us meet regulatory obligations and keep the platform secure.
Registered address is where your business is incorporated (from ACRA/NAR1). This is often a corporate service provider (CSP) or virtual office address.
Operating address is where your business actually operates an office, co-working space, shop, warehouse, or the home of a Director/UBO/Executive Controller if you work remotely.
What you'll be asked
We'll display your registered address automatically from official records. You'll then select your primary operating address from the options below:

Important to know
Your operating address cannot be a corporate service provider or virtual address. By definition, those are registration and mail-handling addresses, not a place where a business physically operates.
If your business has no separate physical office — common for startups, remote teams, and SaaS businesses simply select your Director/UBO/Executive Controller's residence. This is expected and completely fine.
