Aspire Assist is an AI assistant built into Aspire. Ask a question in plain English, see the answer, and take the action, all in one thread.
Instead of clicking through screens to approve a claim, create a card, or check a budget, you type what you want and Assist reads your live Aspire account, shows you the record with the context to decide, and offers the action as a button.
Examples include:
"What is waiting on me for approval, oldest first?"
"Approve Rahul's pending claim."
"Where did marketing spend go this month, and which budgets are over 80 percent?"
"Total balance across all my entities in SGD."
"Which cards have not been used in 30 days, and who holds them?"
How is Assist different from a normal chatbot?
A help center chatbot has read the documentation, not your account. It can point you to a feature, but it cannot fetch your data or do the work.
Aspire Assist is connected to your live account. It reads the actual record, shows you the numbers you need to decide, and prepares the action for you to approve. You ask, Assist does the work, you approve it.
How does a conversation work?
Every conversation follows the same four steps:
You ask in plain English. No syntax, no record IDs. Names, amounts, and dates are enough.
Assist shows its working. You can see which tools it called and what it found, expandable for the detail.
The answer is the record. You get a live entity card, not a paragraph. Status, amount, and budget in one place.
You decide in the thread. Approve, reject, or open the record. Nothing writes to your books without your click.
