What is Individual Contractor (IC) management?
With Individual Contractor management, you remain the contracting party — you sign the agreement directly with your contractor, and Aspire handles the paperwork, invoicing, and payout. It's available in 150+ countries with payouts in 120+ currencies, starting from USD 49 per contractor per month
What is Contractor of Record (COR)?
Contractor of Record is for roles where you'd rather minimise misclassification risk.
Aspire, powered by Deel acts as the Contractor of Record, so the agreement sits between Deel and your contractor rather than between you and them directly, and Deel holds the audit and classification liability.
COR is powered by Deel and starts from USD 399 per contractor per month, or 15% of the contractor's salary — whichever is higher.

What does Aspire's contractor management include?
Country-specific contract templates, ready to send
Invoices generated and triggered automatically against contract terms
Payouts in 120+ currencies, in a single payment run across your whole contractor base
Background checks, equipment provisioning, and app access — without needing a separate tool
Ongoing classification review and monitoring
Contractors can also update their own documents and submit expenses directly, so approvals don't bottleneck through you.
Can I switch a contractor to a full-time employee?
Yes. If a contractor relationship grows into a full-time need, Aspire EOR can help you make the switch to full-time employment in that country — our team will guide you through the transition.
Does Aspire support immigration and visa needs for my employees?
Yes. If your employee's citizenship differs from their country of employment and they'll need a work permit or visa, Global Hiring flags this during contract creation and our team works with you and our EOR partner to progress the required documentation — the employment agreement is only countersigned once this is in place. Talk to our team for country-specific immigration timelines and requirements.
Can Aspire help provide equipment (e.g. laptops) for my global employees or contractors?
Yes. Aspire can support equipment provisioning for your international team alongside onboarding, so you don't need a separate vendor or tool to get your new hire set up. Reach out to our team for country availability, lead times, and pricing.
